Shipping policy
1. Our Logistics Service
We only ship to United States, we ship from HK warehouse or US warehouse via Priority Express, Fedex/ UPS etc., which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Or we may use sea shipping if the order volume is more than 1 cubic meter, depending on your location.
2. Free shipping
Most of our product offer free shipping, there is no extra/hidden shipping price in the cart. Please feel free to order.
3. Out of stock handling
We may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s).

In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, we will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). we will send an email notification and refund the difference to you.
4. Shipping & delivery time
After you place an order, we will check your order and send you an invoice within 24 hours. We will take priority in checking your order and preparing stock items for you. We will then send you an invoice, including the accurate postage. Once you have paid, we will pack and dispatch to you within 3 working day.
